Doloon Uul Camp, north of lake Khuvsgul in the Khankh aimeg, is the best place to stay for exploring Khuvsgul national park in Mongolia.


It is the only traditional camp open for tourists in the area as of October 2023.


It is totally off-grid and over-looking the top of lake khuvsgol with a mountain range set behind.


There is the option to stay in a wooden cabin (above) or a ger (below).


The area is completely surrounded by untouched nature for miles and miles with the opportunity to horse-ride, learn archery, go fishing and hiking.


The camp is run by a local family on national park land which can not be owned.
